1. What castr is
castr is private, internal software operated by Paretoify for publishing video content to YouTube, TikTok and Instagram channels that Paretoify and its operators own, and for reading those channels' own performance data. It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, and is not sold or licensed to third parties.
2. Who may use it
Only Paretoify operators and the owners of the connected channels. Access is granted by the channel owner explicitly authorizing the application through each platform's own OAuth consent flow, and can be revoked by them at any time.
3. Platform APIs
castr uses YouTube API Services. Anyone using castr is also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our own handling is described in the castr Privacy Policy.
castr uses the TikTok Content Posting API and TikTok Login Kit. Anyone using castr with TikTok is also bound by the TikTok Terms of Service and, for content posted through it, TikTok's Community Guidelines. Videos published through castr carry synthetic narration, and castr sets TikTok's AI-generated content label on every post it makes directly.
castr uses the Instagram Graph API for Instagram professional accounts we own. Anyone using castr with Instagram is also bound by the Instagram Terms of Use.
castr accesses only channels whose owner has authorized it, uploads only content we have produced or have the rights to publish, and reads only those channels' own statistics.
4. Acceptable use
Operators must not use castr to upload content they do not have the rights to publish, to access any channel or account they do not own or have not been authorized to manage, or to circumvent any platform limit, quota, or policy.
5. No warranty
castr is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It is internal tooling under active development. Paretoify accepts no liability for content published through it, for data loss, or for any consequence of its use.
6. Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
